Albion Platform

Business. Simplified. Empowered.

Invoicing and tax that you can actually see working

Quotes, invoices, expenses, bank reconciliation, and the figures HMRC asks for — whether that's a VAT return or your Self Assessment. Have a proper look round before you tell us anything about yourself.

No sign-up, no card, nothing to install. The demo is a real account with example books, reset every night.

Whichever return you have to file

Both demo businesses are real accounts you can open right now — a sole trader who isn't VAT registered, and a VAT-registered limited company. The reports change to match.

Not VAT registered

Your Self Assessment, box by box

Every SA103S box, in HMRC's order, built from the invoices and expenses you already entered — turnover, each expense category, total allowable expenses, net profit. It comes from the same cash-basis profit & loss the app shows you all year, so Box 21 and your P&L agree by construction rather than by luck.

VAT registered

A 9-box VAT return

Every box HMRC asks for, in HMRC's own order, worked out from the invoices and expenses already in the system. Read the figures straight across into your return.

A VAT return laid out in nine numbered boxes matching HMRC's order, with values for VAT due on sales, VAT reclaimed on purchases and net VAT Demo data

Both are preparation, not submission: Albion Platform works out the numbers and shows its working, and you (or your accountant) file them. It doesn't pretend to be your accountant.

The invoice list, showing invoice numbers, customers, issue and due dates, totals, and status badges including paid, partially paid and overdue Demo data

You always know who owes you what

Every invoice carries its real status — paid, partly paid, overdue and by how many days. Filter and sort the whole list, not just the current page, and chase the ones that matter.

Everything else it does

Invoices & quotes

Send a quote, turn it into an invoice, and see at a glance what’s paid, overdue or written off.

Expenses & suppliers

Log costs against suppliers, attach the receipt, and keep a clean record of what you actually spend.

Bank reconciliation

Match your statement to invoices and expenses, so your books agree with your bank.

Reports that mean something

Profit & loss, aged debtors, VAT and Self Assessment — laid out in HMRC’s own box order.

More than one business

Run several businesses from one login, each with its own customers, numbering and records.

Yours alone

Your data is isolated at the database level, encrypted at rest, with two-factor sign-in available.

Have a look first. Decide after.

The demo is the whole product, not a tour of it. If it suits how you work, tell us about your business and we'll set you up properly.

Essential
